In fact, most of our subtracting partners have been with us since our very first project – a total renovation of an historic Rehoboth cottage at 85 Sussex Street that won the Rehoboth Beach Main Street “Cottage Restoration” and the Rehoboth Historical Society’s “Cottage of the Year” awards.

Our Team

Allen Walker formed Cottages of Rehoboth LLC in 2008 after spending more than 10 years as a “part-time” Rehoboth area real estate developer based in Washington, DC. He understands firsthand how intimidating and frustrating it can be to build projects from afar and is available to clients 7 days a week to ensure that your project meets your expectations. In fact, it was because of the difficulties he had with his own projects that Allen decided to relocate from Washington, DC to Rehoboth and form Cottages of Rehoboth. Since that time, the firm has built a reputation for construction quality, attention to detail and visual appeal.

With increased construction demand, Cottages of Rehoboth brought on Daniel Thornburg, a professional arborist of ten years and a construction “jack of all trades”. Daniel works to ensure a smooth construction process and a timely completion of your home. As well available for your tree care, landscape designing and maintenance of trees and shrubs.
